Tasks
- Prepare, write, and send accurate and compliant quotes to clients;
- Use Excel to calculate costs and structure quotes;
- Order required parts and forward information to the purchasing department;
- Follow up on submitted bids and organize client files;
- Respond to client inquiries and maintain smooth communication with all departments;
- Coordinate the sending and tracking of oil analyses to determine necessary interventions;
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
- Experience in managing quotes, orders, or similar administrative tasks (an asset);
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
- Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure document compliance;
- Experience as a Bid Technician;
- DEP or DEC;
- Familiarity with Maestro software (an asset);
- Fluent in written and spoken French, with functional English (must communicate with English-speaking clients weekly).
