PAL Airlines is currently seeking Crew Schedulers to join our team in St. John’s, NL on a full time and part time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Flight Crew Scheduling for company aircraft
- Ensure proper coverage is provided for sick leave;
- Arranging schedules to accommodate vacation requests without impacting the operation;
- Arranging shift trades as permitted;
- Arranging classroom and sim training and adjusting schedules accordingly;
- Coordinate with the operations management for Schedule Changes
- Travel coordination for purposes of training and crew positioning.
- Invoice and PO reconciliation
- Attend weekly training meetings
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/requirements and work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to complete shift work and after hours on call.
- Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
