Key Responsibilities Rotating through multiple departments the incumbent will:

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks, projects, and department-specific assignments.
  • Conduct research, compile reports, and support data entry or analysis as needed.
  • Help organize and participate in meetings, events, and team activities.
  • Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share cross-functional insights.
  • Gain exposure to business operations and contribute to special projects across departments.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a post-secondary program (Business, Communications, Marketing, HR, Finance, or related fields)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Eager to learn new skills, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new tools/software.
