Administrative Associate - Casual Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Open and sort 50-100 mail items weekly
  • Scan and save forms as directed
  • Email selected forms as directed, using templates provided

  • Comfort with learning basic office equipment use including, scanner, computer
  • Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks
  • Professional communication etiquette, including confidentiality
