We're looking for a Planner to join our dynamic WPS team in Winchester. You'll play a key role in planning and coordinating our multi-skilled engineers and supply chain, helping us deliver an excellent service every day. 🚀
🔑 What You'll Be Doing
📅 Planning diaries to maximise workforce productivity and efficiency
📊 Producing performance reports to track progress
📉 Managing work-in-progress to stay on target
📞 Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams
🛠️ Supporting supervisors and site teams with scheduling
💡 Identifying improvements and suggesting solutions
📧 Handling customer queries professionally
⚠️ Ensuring plans meet health & safety standards
🧠 What You'll Bring
✅ Strong Excel and IT skills
✅ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
✅ Ability to prioritise and manage your workload
✅ Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
✅ Experience in reporting and diary management
✅ A clean driving licence is advantageous
