Operations Officer, Customer Communication - Account Requests - Job Description: The Operations Officer will be responsible for managing customer communication related to account requests within the Transfers department. This role involves verifying and initiating requests, as well as engaging in communication with other firms and branches to ensure efficient processing.

Operations Officer, Customer Communication - Account Requests - Responsibilities:

• Verify and initiate customer account requests
• Contact other firms via phone or email
• Communicate effectively with branches
• Process account and money transfers/transactions

Operations Officer, Customer Communication - Account Requests - Mandatory Skills:

• 1-2 years of Customer/Client Service experience
• 1-2 years of experience on the phone in client/customer service
• Experience processing account/money transfers/transactions
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Proficiency in MS Word
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)

• Bilingual in French
• Previous work in a busy environment
