Being a summer student at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the team as an intern for the summer of 2026!
- Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment.
- Complete quality inspections on finished products in accordance with quality standards
- Manual labor, which involves lifting up to 50lbs and carrying out repetitive tasks.
- Feed stock into machine and piling stock
- Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties related to the job.

- Current student
- Must be 18 years of age.
- A questioning mindset, the desire to ask for clarification of our processes to gain a deeper understanding.
- Ability to use hand tools, read a tape measure and do basic math
- Strong work ethic, attendance and punctuality is essential to our mutual success.
- Comfort working in an environment with varying noise and temperature levels.
