ECI Dartmouth is looking for a New Truck Sales Representative to join the team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers by delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct engaging truck presentations and demonstrations, both in person and virtually.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best truck and financing solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotes, explain purchase options, and guide customers through the buying process.
- Schedule and coordinate test drives, vehicle deliveries, and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Plan, organize, and manage your sales activities to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A genuine passion for the trucking industry and helping customers succeed.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service; truck, automotive, or commercial vehicle sales experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
