Your mission: to support and train our clients’ sales teams to maximize their sales and get the most out of our CRM Pro 360 solutions. Through practical advice and targeted training, you will help them master best practices to perform in a rapidly changing industry.

Your daily routine?

• Supporting customers during the installation of their new CRM systems.
• Analyzing and optimizing dealership sales processes.
• Inspiring and supporting teams to help them leverage the full potential of CRM tools.
• Guiding customers through change by integrating our solutions.
• Maintaining good relationships with our customers.
• Providing consulting services to our customers in Canada.

Compensation includes a base salary and a variable bonus linked to individual performance. –

Responsibilities Training and Coaching:

• Provide ongoing training and support in the use of our CRM to sales and management staff for our existing clientele.
• Provide post-installation training for contracted products, ensuring support and autonomy for dealership users.

360.Agency Expertise And Representation

• Represent 360.Agency’s consulting expertise in the region.
• Act as an expert in dealership process optimization, call centers, marketing campaigns, opportunity management, and sales conversion processes within the automotive industry.
• Help our clients integrate best practices in customer portfolio management and optimize their conversion rates.

Customer Performance Optimization

• Manage and maximize the use of the 360.Agency product suite among clients.
• Analyze their performance to provide recommendations, process changes, and training to increase dealer sales efficiency.

Content And Tool Development

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of motivational presentations, tools, and relevant training materials.
• Develop a strategic short-, medium-, and long-term support plan in collaboration with the customer to achieve and optimize their results.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in consulting (minimum 5 years): You must have at least five years of practical experience in a structured consulting environment, with proven mastery of the “Road to Sale” and expert use of CRM.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate the performance of a sales organization (ideally in a car dealership).
• Professional coaching skills: Ability to influence and develop skills in clients.
• Communication and presentation skills: You are comfortable communicating and presenting in public.
• Personal qualities: You are a motivated, well-organized person who respects protocols and is resolutely results-oriented.
• Asset: Previous experience in a car dealership is an advantage.
