Location: Mirabel, QC Language Requirement: Fluent French and English (spoken and written) Compensation & Schedule Base Salary: Approximately $100,000 Bonus: Up to 30% Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Overtime required as needed No travel required

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead all aspects of branch operations, including warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service, team leadership, safety, and financial performance. This role oversees a team of approximately 15 operations employees and requires a strong people leader who can build a positive culture, drive accountability, and continuously improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop branch employees Manage daily operations, inventory, warehousing, and distribution activities Ensure a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment Monitor branch performance, budgets, KPIs, and profitability Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace regulations Support employee engagement and foster a strong team culture Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in branch management, operations, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or a similar environment Proven experience leading teams and driving operational results Strong financial, operational, and problem-solving skills Experience managing budgets, inventory, and customer service functions Lean Operations and/or Six Sigma experience strongly preferred Strong cultural leadership and employee development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Fluent in both French and English

Sommaire du poste Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Directeur(trice) de Succursale expérimenté(e) pour superviser l'ensemble des opérations de la succursale, incluant les opérations d'entrepôt, la gestion des stocks, le service à la clientèle, le leadership d'équipe, la santé et sécurité ainsi que la performance financière. Le poste supervise une équipe d'environ 15 employés des opérations et nécessite un leader mobilisateur capable de développer une culture positive, favoriser l'imputabilité et améliorer continuellement la performance opérationnelle.
Responsabilités principales
Diriger, encadrer et développer les employés de la succursale Gérer les opérations quotidiennes, l'inventaire, l'entreposage et les activités de distribution Assurer un environnement de travail sécuritaire, productif et axé sur le service à la clientèle Suivre la performance de la succursale, les budgets, les indicateurs de performance et la rentabilité Développer et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients et partenaires Mettre en œuvre des initiatives d'amélioration continue et d'efficacité opérationnelle Veiller au respect des politiques de l'entreprise et des réglementations applicables Favoriser l'engagement des employés et une culture d'équipe forte Qualifications Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion dans un environnement de succursale, d'opérations, de distribution, d'entreposage, de fabrication ou similaire Expérience démontrée en gestion d'équipes et en amélioration de la performance Excellentes compétences financières, opérationnelles et analytiques Expérience en gestion de budgets, d'inventaires et du service à la clientèle Expérience en Lean Manufacturing, Lean Operations et/ou Six Sigma fortement souhaitée Solides compétences en leadership et développement des employés Excellentes aptitudes en communication et relations interpersonnelles Bilinguisme français et anglais requis
