About the role

As a Parts Advisor at Liebherr, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support to both internal teams and external customers. This position is responsible for providing expert parts advice, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring a seamless flow of communication between our branch, customers, and Liebherr factories and distribution centers. You will champion our Environmental, Health, and Safety standards while managing online and modification-related orders, handling returns per company policies, and supporting inventory activities. With a strong focus on accuracy, you will also be responsible for purchase orders, customer invoicing, and resolving billing discrepancies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Liebherr Environmental, Health and Safety standards.
  • Provide parts advice and expertise to all Liebherr customers, Internal and External.
  • Process all Parts Orders to all Liebherr customers, Internal and External.
  • Process all modification related orders and communicate with the factory.
  • Champions processing Online Orders - eCommerce
  • Build strong relationships with the Liebherr factories and distribution centers.
  • Process all returns as per the Liebherr Canada return policy and procedure.
  • Provide support during the branch inventory counts.
  • Create purchase orders when necessary.
  • Enter invoices into customer portals where applicable, email invoices to customer AP where applicable and correct any errors related to billing and payment issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Competencies

  • At least 3 years of previous Parts experience required.
  • Heavy equipment industry experience will be considered an asset.
  • Journeyman Parts Technician Trade Certificate required.
  • Great attitude that will fit with the Liebher Parts Department's highly dynamic, functional team.
  • A passion for learning and adapting to a constantly evolving industry.
  • Demonstrated success providing customers with exemplary support
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written English and experience liaising effectively with customers
