As a Senior Consultant on the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging and Employer Brand team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing CTC’s True North DIB priorities. You’ll lead and elevate the employee experience portfolio, which includes supporting our Employee Resource Groups (known internally as Employee Inclusion Networks), Business Resource Groups (known internally as DIB Committees), and signature events (like Pride Parades and National Day For Truth & Reconciliation). Your work will directly support our goals of increased employee retention, engagement, and representation.

- Steward and elevate ERGs and BRGs to drive measurable improvements in employee satisfaction, engagement, and belonging scores.
- Lead and advance ERG governance and operations including charters, leadership development, onboarding, succession planning, communications, budgets, events, and reporting to ensure sustainability and capacity building.
- Coach and collaborate with executive sponsors, volunteers, and cross-functional partners to embed inclusion and connectedness across all business practices, events, networking and mentorship.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate enterprise-wide engagement events and initiatives, providing impact reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Advocate for underrepresented employee voices and develop integrated responses to engagement survey data that informs policies, programs, and communications, and foster a culture of belonging for all.
What you bring
- 3–5 years of professional experience in cross-functional environments, with a proven track record in project and event management.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, launching, and scaling ERGs or similar affinity groups, including governance, leadership development, and volunteer management.
- Strong understanding of DEI principles, frameworks, analytics, with the ability to apply an equity lens into program design and decision-making.
- Excellent relationship-building, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and foster inclusive spaces.
- Relevant education or certifications in DEI, project/change management, or DEI; French language skills considered an asset.
- This position is GTA-based, working out of our Yonge and Eglinton campus, and includes occasional travel to other office locations
Our typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $106,000 Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
