Looking for a fast-paced office role with a supportive team, great schedule, and strong earning potential?
Bannister Automotive Group is hiring a Service Booking Specialist to support our dealership service
departments across BC and Alberta.
Our centralized booking team plays an important role in the customer experience by helping clients
schedule and manage their service appointments while supporting multiple dealership locations. This is a
high-energy, team-oriented role focused on customer communication, organization, and relationship
building.
What We Offer
- Monday to Friday daytime hours only
- No evenings or weekends
- Starting wage of $21/hour plus performance incentives
- Many team members earn the equivalent of $25/hour or more through bonuses and incentives

We’re currently hiring for maternity leave coverage, with potential for a long-term opportunity for the right
candidate.
What the Role Looks Like
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Booking and adjusting service appointments
- Following up with existing customers regarding recommended maintenance and service
- Supporting multiple dealership service departments
- Managing customer information and appointment details accurately and efficiently
- Working closely with internal teams to provide a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working on both phones and computers throughout the day
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive experience is not required. We’re happy to train the right person.
