English version follows Sous la supervision du Chef Comptable, le/la Commis à la facturation a la responsabilité de traiter les transactions sur le portail des manufacturiers ainsi qu’offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en traitant les différentes demandes venant des clients, représentants et manufacturiers.
Principales responsabilités
- Traiter les transactions sur les différents portails des manufacturiers;
- Émettre des crédits aux clients;
- Assurer un suivi aux clients;
- Répondre aux diverses demandes des clients, représentants et manufacturiers.
Facteurs de succès
- Être capable de travailler en équipe ;
- Facilité à bien communiquer ;
- Être capable de travailler sous pression ;
- Anglais parlé et écrit est un atout.

Under the supervision of the Chief Accountant, the Billing Clerk is responsible for processing transactions on manufacturers' portals and providing exceptional customer service by handling various requests from clients, sales representatives, and manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- Process transactions on various manufacturers' portals
- Issue credits to clients
- Ensure follow-up with clients
- Respond to various requests from clients, sales representatives, and manufacturers
Success Factors
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Spoken and written French is an asset
