Position Summary The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in supporting the successful launch and expansion of new client sites within the light industrial staffing sector. This position is responsible for coordinating onboarding activities, facilitating workforce deployment, and ensuring operational readiness at client locations. The Implementation Specialist works closely with internal teams and serves as a primary point of contact during the implementation phase, helping to drive recruitment efforts, streamline communication, and build relationships with community partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end implementation process for new client sites by coordinating project tasks, tracking timelines, and assisting with deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments such as operations, recruiting, HR, and compliance.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, participate in kickoff and status meetings, and help ensure key milestones are met.
  • Provide on-site support during new site launches, including onboarding temporary workers, organizing site logistics, and setting up operational resources.
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure client staffing needs are met, maintaining compliance with quality standards and timelines.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and internal teams during the implementation process, providing updates and resolving basic issues as needed.
  • Support client expansion efforts into new markets by coordinating recruitment, onboarding logistics, and site preparations.
  • Help build relationships with local organizations and agencies to support recruitment outreach and enhance candidate pipelines.
  • Track key metrics and assist in preparing reports related to implementation performance and outcomes.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support workload distribution and maintain efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
  • 2–4 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce coordination, preferably in light industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing role and collaborating with various teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ATS or workforce management tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% to support client site launches and field operations.
