Overview
The Assembler is responsible for assembling Cata-Dyne heaters, including sub-assemblies, Flo Dri units, and enclosures. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble heaters and components according to work orders.
- Perform sub-assembly, Flo Dri, and enclosure assembly tasks.
- Handle products with care and maintain quality standards.
- Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Skills and Competencies
- High regard for safety practices.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
- Good listening skills and ability to follow directions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Quick learner with the ability to learn intermediate technical concepts and product applications.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, results-driven environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and air tools.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with standard manufacturing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
