North Shore Kia has an opening for a part-time Receptionist

We are looking to hire a friendly and professional receptionist to work Fridays and Saturdays and make a great first impression on our customers.
Your responsibilities would include:

Greet customers and visitors warmly upon arrival.

Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate personnel. Take detailed messages if staff is unable to answer calls.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
-
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving minor issues or escalating concerns appropriately.
-
Communicate effectively with other staff and management.
-
Monitor and manage the dealership’s main email account.
-
Update dealership logs.
-
Enter information into the dealership management system (DMS).
-
Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
-
Process basic paperwork, forms, and documentation for sales or service.
-
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries.
-
Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
-
Provide clerical support to the sales and service departments as needed.
What you should possess:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English.
-
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and accuracy.

Ability to consistently manage multiple tasks and demands simultaneously.

Dependability.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software.

Reception or office experience preferred.

Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus.
