Job Description
As a Workforce Coordinator, reporting to the Workforce Lead within the Administrative/Clerical department, you will ensure efficient utilization of labour resources through effective workforce planning, scheduling, and coordination. This role supports operational needs by aligning staffing levels with project requirements, improving service delivery, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
What would you be doing?
- Coordinate and manage employee travel, flights, and accommodations through client systems and external vendors.
- Utilize internal booking systems to plan and organize accommodations effectively.
- Manage vendor relationships (e.g., Air Canada, Sun Taxi) and oversee end-to-end travel arrangements.
- Maintain constant communication with site leadership, operational management, field staff, and clients to ensure smooth travel logistics.
- Obtain necessary approvals from client managers for bookings when required.
- Schedule initial client on-site training sessions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company and client policies throughout all processes.

Qualifications
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end travel and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience; prior experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.

This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
