The Project Coordinator supports Project Delivery efforts across the portfolio by working with the Manager and Project Managers to ensure that all requirements are met through the project lifecycle for moderate to large scale projects.

What You Will Do:
- Improve the time and quality that it takes to receive As-Builts from the providers for the project management stage gate requirements. This includes maintaining consistent reporting and bi-weekly meetings to identify any constraints and improvements to be able to assist with problem solving solutions to increase time and quality.
- Preparing Request for Proposals.
- Core Projects SharePoint Site Administrator, which includes coordination of administration rigor; monitor site for relevant /current information, access and ongoing maintenance and support for users. Processing third party requests to access Project Files on SharePoint Site.
- Developing and issuing purchase and work orders for project manager approvals.
- Monitoring and facilitating the interface between development and execution.
- Develop, monitor, and track status of critical project materials.
Who You Are:
- University degree, diploma, certification or related construction or operational training and/or experience.
- 4 or more years related work experience including a background in industrial project delivery of various sizes.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Office, and Power BI).
- Interpersonal skills which include the ability to take direction from, and work with, various partners.
- Ability to apply reasoning and analytical abilities to accomplish tasks and projects.
- Customer-focused and determined attitude.
- Role requires a valid driver’s license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based position.
- 10% of travel.
