Role

In this role, you’ll work with marketing operations, manage HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hubs), and partner closely with sales to ensure operational efficiency, lead pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness. This is a highly collaborative role with cross-functional exposure across sales, marketing, and executive teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administer HubSpot Sales Hub: maintain CRM health, enrich prospect data, and support segmentation strategies.

  • Monitor lead flow and lead assignment processes to ensure prompt follow-up and lead conversion.

  • Enforce CRM standards and drive SOP compliance across the sales team.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that support revenue visibility, campaign ROI, and sales performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

  • Support additional tasks or initiatives as needed to assist the sales and marketing team

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing coordination role, ideally in B2B, logistics, transportation, or tech.

  • Proven experience working with HubSpot (Marketing & Sales Hubs)

  • Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written). Fluency in both languages is essential, as over 95% of our commercial clientele is English-speaking.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.

  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

  • A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
