The Experience of a Lifetime for Emerging Professionals

Note: This is a PAID early career development program focused on developing future TPH managers.

Program Overview:

  • Field Experience**:** Gain hands-on experience in various Local Production Centres (LPCs), working alongside production teams to deliver exceptional 'raving fan' customer experiences
  • Business Development**:** As a LAUNCHPAD Associate you'll be trained by our Head Office Business Development team, learning TPH's value proposition, prospecting, and developing opportunities with new and existing TPH customers
  • Permanent Placement**:** Upon successful completion of the program, you'll move on to a permanent position at a TPH Local Production Centre

This is an immersive, handson program designed for graduates who are ready to work hard, learn quickly, and grow. You'll build valuable technical, customer service, and business skills while connecting with teams across the TPH network.

  • High-Performing Team: Be part of a team whose daily purpose is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations, to retain customers for life and drive positive word of mouth for TPH to attract new customers
  • Permanent Position: Following the onboarding program join a TPH Local Production Centre team where you'll leverage your skills and LAUNCHPAD experience to deliver exceptional solutions and create 'raving fan' customer experiences
  • Pitch Perfect Competition**:** Gain presentation experience by working on a business development project that culminates in a pitch to a real client

Qualifications:

  • Education**:** Graduated from an accredited college/university Graphic Communications Program. For new Grads preference given to candidates who completed graphic communications studies after a previous undergraduate diploma or degree or those with industry-related work experience.
  • Professional Experience: Relevant experience through internships, coop placements, parttime roles, or early career positions. Supervisory experience in retail or hospitality is considered an asset.
  • Customer Service Experience: 'Can do' attitude with a focus on exceeding expectations and relationship-building. Previous customer service experience is a requirement.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft 365 suite. Enfocus Pitstop, Fiery and/or Onyx RIPs is a plus. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is considered an advantage.

Program Details:

  • **Start Date:**Monday, May 4th, 2026
  • Reports To**:** Business Development Manager and TPH Manager at assigned LPCs
  • Location: Inperson at TPH (505 University Avenue, Toronto) and assigned Local Production Centres. Occasional travel to regional locations or events may be required.
