##Summary

As a Python & Large Language Model (LLM) Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering next‑generation AI solutions that solve complex business problems. In this 1-Year fixed term role, you will work with cross‑functional teams to build scalable, production‑ready LLM applications leveraging advanced retrieval techniques, agentic workflows, and modern AI orchestration frameworks. This role is ideal for someone passionate about applied AI, innovation, and translating cutting‑edge research into real‑world impact for leading organizations.

##What will your typical day look like?

  • Designing and implementing LLM-based applications using Python, with a focus on robustness, scalability, and enterprise readiness.
  • Building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including hybrid search, multi-vector retrieval, and advanced embedding strategies.
  • Developing agentic AI systems using LangGraph, including multi-step reasoning agents, planner–executor patterns, and tool-calling workflows.
  • Experimenting with prompt strategies, model selection, and evaluation techniques to improve accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
  • Designing and integrating APIs and microservices to enable seamless consumption of AI capabilities across platforms.
  • Applying traditional machine learning techniques, such as clustering, to enhance data understanding and augment LLM solutions.
  • Partnering with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to move solutions from prototype to production.
  • Staying current with emerging trends in LLMs, NLP, and agentic architectures, and contributing to Deloitte’s AI thought leadership and accelerators.

##Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with these skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience building production‑grade AI and data applications.
  • Hands‑on experience with LangChain and LangGraph, including the design and orchestration of complex agent workflows.
  • Deep understanding and practical implementation of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
  • Experience with multi‑agent systems, including agent collaboration, coordination, and role‑based reasoning patterns.
  • Knowledge of memory systems for LLM applications, including short‑term and long‑term memory, persistence strategies, and conversational checkpoints.

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

  • Solid foundation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
  • Experience designing and integrating APIs and microservices to support scalable AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with traditional machine learning approaches, including clustering techniques.
  • Advanced experience in Agentic AI Design & Orchestration, including multi‑step reasoning agents, tool‑calling agents, planner–executor patterns, and LangGraph‑based agent workflows.
  • Exposure to optimizing LLM performance, latency, and cost efficiency in production environments.

##Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
