Library Technicians

The Richmond School District is looking for a Library Technician. Library Technicians provide library services to students and staff such as assisting with research, demonstrating systems and equipment and retrieving materials. The incumbent uses and maintains a web-based integrated automated library circulation system to catalogue, find, and circulate library materials.

This position requires a Library Technician Diploma from a recognized institution in addition to extensive knowledge of computer library cataloguing software used in school libraries.

This is a 35 hour a week position and the rate of pay is $****31.17per hour plus a comprehensive benefit package**.**
