The Senior Quality Inspector supports key operation activities that drive business success. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to understand product and process requirements, sound judgment, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders.

How will you make a difference?

• Support day-to-day production operations and respond to requests in a timely, professional manner. This includes but is not limited to:

• Perform incoming, in process, and final inspection of parts and product s

• Support and complete First Article Inspection Report (FAIR)

• Initiate Non-conformity Report (NCR) when required and participate in MRB (Material Review Boards) meetings

• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to address product quality issues

• Work with suppliers to address quality issues, including performing onsite supplier quality audits, when required

• Participate in Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCAs) activities when required

• Participate in Continual Improvement projects to streamline process

• Ensure compliance to Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures, Health and Safety policies, Ministry of Labor and Transport Canada regulations and requirements

• Other duties as assigned by the Director, Quality and Compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Engineering or other technical discipline

Required Skills, Talents, & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in a Quality Inspection role in the aerospace industry

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Familiar with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)

• Familiar with IPC-610 standards

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to organize work, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills, Talents, & Experience

• Familiar with ISO9001 / AS9100 Quality Management System requirements

• Knowledge of Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) requirements

• IPC-610 Certification preferred

• Familiar with MS Office tools and Power BI

Additional Information

Base Pay :

Based on experience and responsibilities.

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive :

Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
