You are :

A skilled Business Analyst with experience supporting Maximo Application Suite (MAS) upgrade and implementation projects.

THE WORK:- Support MAS (Maximo Application Suite) 8.x/9.x technical upgrade projects by conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional impact assessments.

  • Work with Business Process Owners and Technical Leads to document current-state processes, identify upgrade impacts, and define future-state requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, configuration notes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Participate in solution design discussions and ensure proposed configurations and integrations align with business processes and upgrade scope.

  • Support test planning and execution, including system testing, UAT preparation, test script development, and coordination of defect resolution.

  • Work with data migration teams to support data validation, template preparation, reconciliation activities, and data cutover readiness.

  • Assist with go-live activities such as validation checks, issue triage, user communication, and post-deployment stabilization.

  • Maintain key project documentation including requirement logs, functional designs, process flows, and change impact assessments.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional workstreams, technical teams, integration leads, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the upgrade lifecycle. Working from the ATC Canada office in Mississauga will be required for a minimum of 3 days per week.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:- Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience supporting MAS implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with MAS architecture, upgrade components, and module functionality (MAS Manage, APM modules, industry solutions).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, and test scenario development.

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

  • Eligibility for Level 1 Enhanced Reliability Clearance BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- Familiarity with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), configurations, and core Maximo/MAS application behavior (preferred).

  • Experience supporting data preparation, migration validation, and cutover tasks during upgrade projects.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
