Compensation Range $69,700 - $90,000
Purpose
The Senior Analyst, HRIS is an individual contributor that evaluates and optimizes the use of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms to ensure data integrity, process streamlining, and HR reporting metrics functionality. Analyzes HR processes and requirements to align HRIS configuration with organizational policies and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and deliver complex HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Project Leadership: Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other software.
- User Support and Training: Provide advanced support and training to HR staff and other system users, addressing complex issues and questions.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure the HRIS complies with all relevant laws and regulations and maintain robust data security and privacy protocols.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HRIS vendors, including contract negotiations, system updates, and troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior HRIS team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing HR data and system configurations.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
- Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR regulations and ensuring system compliance.
Certifications/Education
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
