About the role

Job Description

We are currently looking for a marketing advisor to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the regional marketing and communications team leader, the successful candidate will support the Québec region in all marketing-related activities.
We offer a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to work from home and from one of our offices in the Montreal metropolitan area.

Primary responsibilities

  • Support regional marketing efforts in Québec, in collaboration with the team leader.
  • Coordinate the organization of trade shows, customer events, advertising campaigns, and customer list management according to regional needs.
  • Manage region-specific price quotes and ensure their coordination.
  • Contribute to digital marketing initiatives and coordinate advertising placements in specialized magazines and websites.
  • Oversee various administrative tasks related to marketing for the Québec region.
  • Develop and coordinate promotional and presentation materials to support sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and experts to fully understand industry issues and specifics.
  • Provide logistical support for events, webinars, presentations, and client proposals.
  • Write and publish digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, and regional announcements.
  • Monitor social media for all regions to ensure consistency and relevance of communications.

Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of experience in marketing and communications
  • Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or project management
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Bilingualism is an essential requirement for this position in order to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including our clients, partners, and cross-functional teams nationwide
  • Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders; experience in communicating and presenting to senior management.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with various social media platforms, Microsoft Office Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and tools is an asset but not required.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, able to work with different teams in addition to the marketing team.
