About the role
Enviropass is a specialist in environmental compliance. We help manufacturers, distributors, and importers navigate the complex maze of regulations (RoHS, REACH, PFAS, etc.) to secure market access and reduce the risk of non-compliance.
The Role: A Consultative Sales Position
You will be the commercial point of entry for companies facing real challenges: market access, customer requirements, audits, import/export, and recall risks.
Your talent will be used where it adds the most value: strategy, advisory, and closing. Since most opportunities are provided as leads, your role is to handle them in a structured way—ensuring excellent follow-up, quickly understanding client challenges, and executing our sales process flawlessly (tools and materials provided).
Your objective: turn a somewhat unclear need into a clear mandate, then guide the prospect toward a strong proposal and a decision.
What You Will Do Daily
Business Development: Manage company-provided leads: contact, qualify, and structure each opportunity with speed and rigor Manage and grow a pipeline: ensure follow-ups, plan next steps, re-engage effectively, and maintain consistent momentum Provide expert advisory: ask the right questions to understand product complexity, target markets, timelines, and compliance obligations Handle objections: clearly communicate Enviropass’ added value and confidently guide prospects toward informed decisions
Prospecting and Reactivation During Slower Periods: Follow up within the existing client base: identify additional needs, certificate renewals, or new market opportunities Re-engage dormant leads: revive stalled opportunities with a refreshed approach Conduct targeted prospecting when needed, aligned with our areas of expertise
Consultative Sales and Proposal Process: Apply structured sales methodology: presentations, sales process, and quoting tools Follow defined steps: ensure a consistent and professional approach (diagnosis → value proposition → follow-ups → closing) Internal coordination: act as the bridge between the client and technical experts, ensuring clear communication to support proposals (technical, compliance, laboratory, etc.)
Sales Performance and Follow-Up: Achieve targets using clear, results-oriented metrics Maintain execution quality: represent Enviropass with professionalism, excellent time management, and thorough documentation Provide after-sales service: measure client satisfaction, recommend follow-up or complementary services, and contribute to continuous improvement
Benefits – What You Gain Company-provided leads: focus your energy on selling and advising Clear sales structure: proven process, powerful quoting tools, and professional presentation materials Hybrid work model: office + remote (full-time office training initially to accelerate onboarding) Professional development: grow expertise in a high-demand field (environmental compliance, US/EU regulations) Balanced work environment: strong emphasis on work-life balance Annual performance review tied to salary increases Flexible schedule (adjustable start/end times, as long as client follow-ups and meetings are well managed)
Compensation Competitive base salary with attractive commissions Insurance Benefits Personal days Commissions based on clear and measurable performance indicators: Closing rate Average deal value Quarterly performance
