##Position:

As a senior member of the Innovation team, you will be a driving force in bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and market-ready products that solve real user problems. You will lead the technical ideation and execution of innovation products, transforming high-level ideas into prototypes and production-ready solutions. You will work autonomously within a product-design-tech triad throughout the different phases of the innovation process (discovery, experimental development, analysis, prototyping, testing, and solution deployment). You will also collaborate closely with core engineering teams to optimize the transfer and final implementation of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead experimental development by building prototypes to address technology uncertainties related to business opportunities.
• Analyze and develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and innovative technology solutions.
• Participate in the final implementation and knowledge transfer of solutions with engineering teams.
• Document the architecture, technology choices, development, and testing of solutions.
• Determine implementation steps and assess effort required for selected solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.
• Participate in the deployment and maintenance of the Innovation Lab infrastructure.
• Contribute to SR&ED reports, patents, and scientific publications with relevant stakeholders.
• Improve experimental and prototyping methods and standards.
• Design, calibrate, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence models.

##Requirements:

-The working language is French. A perfect command of French (oral and written) is mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of creating innovative prototypes and bringing them to a production-ready state.

Skills & Experience:

• Full-stack proficiency: Python, C#, C++, and web technologies (e.g., Angular, React).
• Deep experience developing with LLMs, using libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and leveraging AI tools in your workflows.
• Experience building innovative products in a product triad environment with a strong focus on user experience.
• Knowledge of Git or similar tools.
• Highly resourceful and creative, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and step outside one's technical comfort zone.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
• Interest in the financial sector.
