What is the ideal profile for this position?
- Technical diploma (college/university) or equivalent experience, with 2–3 years in project coordination/management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong skills in project management and product lifecycle (e.g., Gantt), with ERP experience (Navision or other).
- Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and knowledge of thermoformed/composite materials (an asset).
- Recognized leadership, highly organized, team-oriented, customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English. [1]
- Availability for occasional international travel (5-10%).
What will your responsibilities be as a Project Lead?
- Manage and prioritize customer technical requests, clarify their needs, and ensure coordination with stakeholders.
- Prepare action plans and follow up on decisions, documenting and communicating key updates.
- Coordinate the development, modification, and tracking of technical tools (internal and marine sector), including timelines and on-site visits.
- Maintain and update technical tools and product data (catalogs, lists, specifications) while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate product performance, analyze root causes, and recommend improvements based on market studies.
- Structure, lead, and deliver end-to-end projects (scope, schedule, budget), managing risks and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with suppliers and present product updates at client meetings and annual conferences.
