Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full-time, permanent Business Analyst to support enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, bilingual communication, structured content analysis, and agile delivery within hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives.
- Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
- Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identifying and documenting items such as database content, structure, and application subsystems.
- Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
- Establish acceptance test criteria.
- Support and use the selected departmental methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document KM Initiative objectives, roles, and deliverables.
- Prepare plans, charts, tables, and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and report progress throughout the KM lifecycle.
