What you’ll do: You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through:

  • General Agro duties - interior/exterior housekeeping and maintenance, opening/closing procedures.
  • Cashiering – processing transactions through the Point-of-Sale system.
  • Stocking – Unload freight, stock and face products within the store and yard.
  • Paint duties - Assess customers’ needs and provide advice on paint products, applications, solutions and additional products for their projects.

Who you are: You are interested in customer service and working in a hardware/Agro store and:

  • You are 16+ years of age.
  • Power Mobile Equipment Certificate (willing to train).
  • You have retail experience in the areas of customer service, Agro products, point of sale operation, and merchandising.
  • Comfortable with different computer systems, web browsers, and have proficient computer skills
  • You have a valid class 5 driver’s licence.
  • Willing to obtain a Propane Dispenser Certificate.
  • You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends.
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives .
  • You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 60 lbs, climb ladders and kneel.
