We’re on the lookout for a super organized, natural self-starter to join MOVE 103.5 as The Nat & Drew Show’s Producer. If you’re proactive, love bringing ideas to life both on-air and online, and can juggle various moving parts without breaking a sweat, this is your dream gig. From helping craft daily show content & contests to creating engaging social media, you’ll be right at the heart of it all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fuel our social feeds with clever, captivating posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok - think videos of on-air conversation, behind-the-scenes moments, and anything else that gets people talking.
  • Jump into audio production- help edit and upload our daily podcast, cut fun clips from the show, and assist providing show audio to other departments when necessary.
  • Stay on the pulse of pop culture, trends, and news - bring fresh, buzzworthy content ideas to the table every day.
  • Be an active voice in all show and programming meetings - your creativity and input matter.
  • Organize topics, schedule compelling guests, coordinate interviews, and make sure everyone on the team has what they need to shine.
  • Collaborate across departments (promotions, digital, sales) to keep everything running smoothly and on-brand.
  • Run the board like a pro when needed - yes, you’ll be hands-on in the studio!
  • Join the party on location! Be available for events and appearances outside regular hours when the show hits the streets.
  • Take on anything else that helps make the show awesome - we’re a team that jumps in wherever needed.

Critical Qualifications

  • A solid grasp of social media trends and strategy - you know what works, what’s next, and how to engage audiences with smart, creative content.
  • Audio and video production experience - you’ve got the skills to help shape and share our best moments across platforms and know your way around audio and video editing programs (ie; Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Audition or similar).
  • At least 3 years of experience in broadcast media.
  • A natural communicator - you’re clear, confident, and collaborative, with the ability to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Self motivated - we’re after someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do - you see what needs doing and make it happen.
  • Ridiculously organized with eagle-eye attention to detail - you don’t let anything slip through the cracks.
  • Radio board operation experience strongly preferred.
  • Flexible and fast on your feet - you’re cool with shifting priorities and unexpected curveballs.
  • Most importantly, you’re obsessed with creating memorable content in a high-energy, team-first environment.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
