Coordonnateur(trice) Qualité

Fonctions principales du poste de Coordonnateur(trice) Qualité :

  • Servir de personne-ressource pour la gestion du cycle de vie de la documentation de l’assurance qualité (manuel qualité, procédures, instructions de travail, formulaires, spécifications…).
  • Superviser et assurer la conformité des documents de suivi pour les projets spéciaux

Fonctions supplémentaires:

  • Aider au besoin, surtout à rentrer la documentation des fournisseurs (MTR/CoC) et effectuer des évaluations régulières de la qualité sur tous les matériaux entrants des fournisseurs / sous-traitants et les expéditions sortantes.
  • Lire les dessins de pièces et les spécifications pour comprendre les exigences des produits et services.
  • Mesurer les dimensions des produits en cours de fabrication et finis, examiner leur fonctionnalité et comparer le produit final aux spécifications.
  • Rejeter tous les produits et matériaux qui ne répondent pas aux attentes de qualité.
  • Documenter les résultats des inspections non-conformes en remplissant des rapports détaillés et des registres de performance (NCR).
  • Informer et faire le suivi avec l’équipe de production concernant les préoccupations liées au contrôle de la qualité afin d’améliorer l’excellence des produits.
  • Résoudre les problèmes liés à la qualité dans les délais requis.
  • Agir comme témoin lors des tests hydrostatiques effectués par les assembleurs.
  • S’assurer que toute la documentation qualité requise liée aux tâches soit complétée.
  • Effectuer toutes les tâches conformément aux procédures d’assurance qualité et au programme de formation de l’entreprise.
  • Réaliser toute inspection requise selon les directives du programme d’assurance qualité de l’entreprise.
  • Transmettre les informations de processus aux départements concernés en temps opportun.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire.
  • Accomplir toute autre tâche demandée par le superviseur de production.

Exigences essentielles du poste:

  • 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste d’assurance qualité.
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler seul(e) et en équipe.
  • Souci du detail.

Formation:

  • Diplôme d’Études Secondaires (préféré)
  • AEC en Assurance qualité
  • DEP en Usinage ou cours de métrologie (atout)

Quality Coordinator

Main Responsibilities of the Quality Coordinator Position:

  • Serve as a resource person for managing the lifecycle of quality assurance documentation (quality manual, procedures, work instructions, forms, specifications, etc.).
  • Supervise and ensure compliance of tracking documents for special projects.

Additional Quality Coordinator Job Functions:

  • Assist as needed, especially with entering supplier documentation (MTR/CoC) and conducting regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from suppliers/subcontractors and outgoing shipments.
  • Read part drawings and specifications to understand products and services requirements.
  • Measure dimensions of in-process and finished products, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
  • Reject any products and materials that do not meet quality expectations.
  • Document results of non-conforming inspections by completing detailed reports and performance records (NCR).
  • Inform and follow up with production team regarding quality control concerns to improve product excellence,
  • Resolve quality-related issues within required timeframes.
  • Act as a witness during hydrostatic tests performed by assemblers.
  • Ensure all required quality documentation related to tasks is completed.
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with the company’s quality assurance procedures and training program.
  • Carry out any inspections required under the company’s quality assurance program guidelines.
  • Communicate process information to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform any other tasks requested by the Production Supervisor.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail

Education:

  • High School Diploma (preferred)
  • Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in Quality Assurance
  • Vocational Diploma (DEP) in Machining or training in metrology (an asset)
