Join IBM Consulting’s dynamic team supporting a major client in the Chemical & Petroleum sector. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations systems to ensure smooth business operations and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain D365 Finance & Operations modules
- Perform administrative tasks and system configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across GL, AP, AR, and reporting
- Collaborate with end users and IT teams to correct data and system errors
- Recommend process and system improvements to prevent recurring issues
- Document resolutions and maintain support logs
- Ensure system integrations function effectively for retail operations
- Participate in testing and validation of fixes and enhancements
- Provide technical input for enterprise structure configurations
- Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations
- Assist with reporting and analytics setup
- Follow compliance and data governance standards

Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Familiarity with administrative-level D365 tasks
Nice-to-Have - Experience with system integrations in retail or ERP environments
Nice-to-Have - Exposure to Power Platform or Azure services
Nice-to-Have - Knowledge of Canadian business compliance standards
Nice-to-Have - Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles
Tools/Tech
