Our Network & Systems Coordinator will be the front line of our tech infrastructure by keeping systems secure, responding & evolving to support our seasonal business rhythm and digital initiatives like e-commerce and Dynamics integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support: hardware, software, network, and system access.
- Manage communication systems including phones and Teams.
- Liaise with external vendors and consultants, especially for Microsoft Dynamics.
- Assist with cybersecurity, data backups, software updates, and system documentation.
- Support e-commerce platform setup, testing, and collaboration.
- Help train users and maintain internal IT documentation.
- Flex your hours when needed — especially during tech updates or peak seasons.
Education / Experience:
- College diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years in IT support or technician roles, preferably in mid-sized organizations (bonus if you've supported POS, HRIS or ERP systems like Dynamics)

Additional Information
This is a full-time position earning between $55,000 - $65,000/year depending on experience & education . We offer a comprehensive benefit plan including Extended Health & Dental, along with a retirement savings plan - part of which Bylands matches!
You will need a valid driver's license as travel between our different local sites is required. This position is based in our West Kelowna office (casual dress code) with occasional physical troubleshooting (eg, setting up devices in retail or nursery locations). Our industry is seasonal, so we have fast-paced, fluctuations with high user support demands in spring, which also requires flexibility in scheduling (evenings/weekends) for system upgrades. Work hours will adjust during the spring shipping season to minimize downtime during our high-volume period.
