ARGEN Canada is a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, offering digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment, dental software, and materials to dental labs and denturist clinics.
As a result of steady business growth across Canada, Argen is seeking to add a qualified professional to its head office team in Kelowna, BC to support a growing client base. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
As Argen’s Inside Sales Representative, you will:
· Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls and emails, providing product information and support.
· Process orders timely and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.
· Work closely with the Business Development Manager(s) and the provincial sales teams to drive sales initiatives and reach regional targets.
· Engage with existing and potential customers through outbound calls, promoting Argen’s industry-leading dental products and services.
· Support targeted sales campaigns and follow up on leads to drive business growth.
· Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records using CRM software.
· Stay current with Argen’s product offerings and dental industry trends to maximize your impact in every client interaction.
Their ideal candidate brings a customer-first attitude, drive for results and strong interest in the industry, together with:
· 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in the dental or healthcare industry,
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite,
· Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities,
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent French is a strong asset,
· Capability to work independently and collaborate with a remote sales team,
· Proactive approach to sales and problem-solving, and
· Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer visits.
