Position Description
As a Service Coordinator, you must possess passion, initiative, and drive. This position requires the ability to build customer centric relationships while communicating TTI's commitment to excellence. You must possess a Team First attitude, interacting with your peers positively to bring the best out of them and yourself. Your passion for both product and business knowledge will help your team reach their required objectives.
You will be responsible for service order support, including customer inquiries/updates, customer contact for estimates - repair approvals and pick up notifications. The ability to prioritize tasks, effectively communicate using email, phone and text. It is expected that you will be an outstanding communicator, both internally and externally.
What You Will Do
- Answer customer inquiries regarding all products, warranties and technical support in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support to the sales and service teams regarding service-related inquiries
- update Service requests
- Communicate with Service Branches for escalation requests
- Continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction
- Professionally represent TTI at all times
- Develop sound Product Knowledge
What You Will Bring
- Post secondary education or equivalent experience
- Prior Customer Service experience an asset
- Prior Data Entry / Administrative experience an asset
- Have a professional telephone manner, great verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good conflict resolution skills; able to deal with pressure and stressful situations.
- Team player with a high level of dedication
- Highly flexible and able to multi-task
- Enthusiastic about learning, eager to give and receive feedback
- Must be proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
