Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and deliveries to keep projects on schedule and running smoothly.

Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and your team to keep everyone aligned.

You bring at least 5 years of industry experience, or you’ve built strong skills that show you’re ready for the role.
-
You’re mechanically inclined and eager to keep learning on the job.
-
You understand the responsibilities that come with supervising a crew, including staying aligned with provincial safety laws and regulations.
-
Must have exceptional verbal communication skills, able to give and receive verbal information and direction in a fast-paced environment.
What You Need
-
Strong supervisory and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to guide crews and keep projects moving smoothly.
-
Experience leading and organizing subcontractors and multiple work crews on complex sites.
-
Solid communication skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants, while resolving issues diplomatically.
-
Ability to plan and schedule work in an organized and efficient way.
-
A strong work ethic with the perseverance to handle tough weather, challenging sites, and long days when needed.
-
Willingness to travel and spend extended periods working away from home, moving from project to project.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).

A valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
We’re committed to providing a safe, supportive work environment. Reasonable accommodations are available to those who qualify.
