Location : Fort McMurray, AB
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday – 9-5pm
Work Model : Remote Field Work
Compensation Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually

As a Field Sales Manager , you will be more than a sales representative, you will be a trusted advisor, a community connector, and a champion for small business success. This role will be primarily based in Fort McMurray region, but will include occasional travel to Athabasca, Lac la Biche, Bonnyville, and Cold Lake areas.

What You will Do:
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking, you are always on the hunt.
- Manage your territory like your own business, building and maintaining relationships with both prospects and existing members.
- Meet with business owners, understand their needs and refer them to CFIB’s services.
- Become a subject-matter expert and stay informed about our resources, business issues, and policy updates impacting SMBs.
- Represent an organization that business owners trust and seek for guidance.

What You Bring:
- 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
- Experience working with small businesses is a strong asset.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
