We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with CMTO standards.
• Educate clients on injury prevention, home care, stretching, and overall wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment while adhering to infection prevention and health and safety standards.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships through excellent communication, professionalism, and compassionate care.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience while managing appointments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based massage therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• A genuine passion for helping clients improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic.
• Experience in private practice or a wellness setting is an asset; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
