About the role
The Customer Data Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer information, managing mailing lists, and assisting with customer communications and promotional campaigns. Accurate and up-to-date customer information supports marketing, sales, and service operations across the organization. This role will help ensure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and support excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer accounts and contact information within the company database. Contact customers to verify and update account information. Ensure customer records are accurate, organized, and up to date. Maintain and review database reports to ensure accuracy and integrity. Prepare and maintain mailing lists for marketing promotions and campaigns. Assist with customer communications and the distribution of promotional materials. Coordinate, build and respond to requests for customer information updates. Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, conferences, tradeshows. Provide administrative support to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams. Support reception and general office administration on an occasional basis.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 year experience an administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to use basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
ERP and reporting systems (Tableau, CRM), an asset
Ability to accurately enter and maintain data records. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills. Customer-focused with a collaborative team-oriented approach. Strong communication skills. Bilingual (French and English*), spoken and written. (*) This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, vendors, internal/external clients and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.
