As a Sales Manager , you’ll coach, motivate, and inspire a team of tour consultants who turn travellers’ dreams into lifelong memories. You’ll drive sales and growth through genuine connection, strong leadership, and a deep belief that exceptional service drives success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales consultants
• Manage team pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance to exceed goals
• Deliver hands-on coaching and ongoing training to elevate conversion and quality
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing to shape growth strategies
• Represent the customer voice—providing insights that fuel product and marketing innovation
• Foster a positive, purpose-driven sales culture built on trust and accountability

• 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or coaching role
