Job Requirements

RECE in good Standing

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in the child care field
  • Current First Aid and CPR-C
  • Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Check within 6 months **or current based on employment
  • Immunizations are up-to-date as per Medical Officer of Health
  • Asset – Safe Food Handler Certification
  • Asset – Quality Child Care Niagara Training
  • Asset – Child Care and Early Years Act Self-Test – Schedule 1

Job Description The supervisor will work together with a second educator to provide a balance of indoor and outdoor activity that meets the needs of each child before and after school.

The supervisor will have additional administrative responsibilities including being accountable for ensuring requirements are met for CCEYA, Public Health, host site expectations and Way To Learn Daycare Policy and Procedures.
