Job Overview:

As an integral part of the team, the Client Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of client scheduling and ensuring accuracy of all reports.

Responsibilities:

Liaising with the admissions team to coordinate c
lient Intake, including scheduling, paperwork, e-health record creation
, billing coordination

• Work closely with Alumni services to ensure outpatient clients are informed of and engaged in alumni programming

• supporting staff and clients with to trouble-shoot technical issues that arise in virtual platform

• Be a resource for staff on outpatient programming

Ensure

billing is done in

• Answers telephone and email, directing clients and supporting them as appropriate

• Conduct drug monitoring for clients as well as on behalf of third parties, or as requested by the Clinical Manager

• General office management duties, such as ordering supplies, scheduling, and ensuring COVID-19 safety protocols are followed by staff and clients

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience.
• Additional training or certification in medical or mental health administration is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Experience in healthcare, mental health, or a similar field is considered a strong asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is an asset.
