Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Western Canada - Aesthetics
Location: Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton
Join Galderma's Aesthetics team as a Regional Sales Manager and take charge of driving growth across your region. You'll lead a high-performing sales team, ignite demand for our innovative portfolio, and uncover new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction while meeting sales goals and managing the sales activities and development of sales representatives.
- Deliver regional sales forecasts and deliver to plan. Identify opportunities and gaps and bring forward innovative solutions to support efficiencies and drive NNS.
- Implement strategic business plans to meet regional, area and company goals.
- Implement and uphold all company compliance policies and procedures for self and region.
- Assume accountability and responsibility for own personal career growth and development.
- Coach, council and develop representatives on direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Attend national, regional conventions and trade shows, maintain and foster relationships with regional KOL's.
- Evaluate the activities and effectiveness of sales representatives on a consistent basis and execute IDP and Performance management cycle and process as mandated.
- Other duties as may be required.
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of three years sales management and/or marketing experience required, and Aesthetic experience preferred.
- Prior experience leading and coaching a team of career level professionals in a field-based environment
- Strong financial acumen
- Developed negotiating skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to influence & change customer behavior
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and develop market/business opportunities
- Must be proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software (Veeva CRM)
- Must live in territory and hold a valid driver's license
