The Pas Collision & Glass Centerhas an immediate opening for an experiencedCollision Center****Shop Assistantto join our successful dealership. Job Responsibilities:

Cooperate and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles

  • Perform disassembly and reassembly of vehicles for estimates with estimator

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the shop through sweeping and removing garbage

  • Working with others to remove and install windshields

  • Prepping parts for paint, bedliners and other minor repairs

  • Receive parts orders from suppliers and verify conditions of said parts

  • Organization of parts warehouse areas

  • Building parts carts for incoming jobs in the shop

  • Preparing parts for return

  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • Valid Driver's Liense Mandatory

Continuous Learning & Improvement:

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality in all tasks.
  • Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to heavy loads.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
  • A team player that works well with others to ensure efficient operations.
  • Possesses physical stamina to perform physical tasks and stand for long periods.
  • Possess good Communication to clearly and effectively communicate with team members.
  • Be proactive and take initiative and completes tasks on time.
