Role: Senior JavaScript Engineer (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: Competitive, based on experience
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Javascript Developer to work on a contractual basis. The role involves developing and maintaining web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. This work is critical to delivering scalable, high-performance solutions that support the client’s platform operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript, React, and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy user-facing features.
- Debug, optimize, and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability.
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code following industry best practices and standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure consistency and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) with hands-on experience in frontend development.
- Experience working with React.js or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of state management, component-based architecture, and virtual DOM.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and frontend tooling (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong problem-solving skills.
