About the role
The Markets Developer Concierge Service Professional is a seasoned professional role using technical and analytical skills to support Developers to resolve a technical and process issues that impede their productivity.
Requires good analytical and technical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.

We want to make developing software easy, pleasant and safe. How We Will Work We will treat developers as clients. We will take away difficult, non-developer-centric activities from our teams, and handle those activities for them in a structured, consistent fashion, with clear timelines and regular updates We will build a knowledge base of these tasks, so that we can respond promptly and efficiently We will support all communication styles that work for developers – chat, mail, calls. We will enable developers to raise issues with minimum effort to track progress, our own productivity – and we will use the statistics that we generate, to drive automation of the key developer pain points
Qualifications: - 1-2 years experience in an Development or DevOps role - Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications. - Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn. - Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization - Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand. - Demonstrated analytical skills - Issue tracking and reporting using tools - Knowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools. - Good all-round technical skills - Effectively share information with other support team members and with other technology teams - Ability to plan and organize workload - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders
Education: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
