How we hire

At Catalyst, we follow a structured hiring process designed to ensure equity at every stage. All applications are reviewed by both a recruiter and the hiring manager, ensuring a thoughtful and human-centered approach.

Salary range: $66,000 - $78,000 CAD (Placement within this range is dependent upon experienceand location*)*

The Opportunity

We're looking for a bilingual, relationship-driven professional with a passion for equity and a flair for business development. As a Senior Associate, Supporter Success & Growth, you'll manage a portfolio of Client (or as we say a Catalyst; Supporters) organizations across Canada, with a special focus on Quebec. You'll blend strategic relationship management with proactive outreach to grow engagement and impact. This is a unique opportunity to shape Catalyst's presence in the Canada East region—building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping organizations activate their Inclusion commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Supporter Engagement

  • Serve as a Relationship Manager for a portfolio of 25-30 Supporter companies across Eastern Canada..

  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key contacts via email, phone, video, and occasional in-person meetings.

  • Respond to inquiries, provide tailored resources, and connect Supporters with Catalyst experts.

  • Track engagement and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Sales & Growth Enablement

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Catalyst's reach within existing accounts and new prospects.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations that align with client goals.

  • Support the onboarding of new Supporters and ensure a seamless transition into the Catalyst community.

  • Secure a revenue goal of $400-$600,000 CAD

Regional Strategy & Collaboration .

  • Travel (up to 15%) to conduct in-person meetings with potential or current supporters.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact engagements and events.

  • Share insights and feedback to inform regional strategy and product development.

Education, Knowledge and Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or business development.

  • Bilingual in English and French (oral and written)

  • Strong interest and experience in DEI, with examples of impact.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Experience working with corporate clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsabilités clés

Gestion des relations et engagement des partenaires

  • Agir comme gestionnaire de relations pour un portefeuille de 25 à 30 entreprises partenaires dans l'Est du Canada.

  • Entretenir des relations solides et fondées sur la confiance avec les contacts clés, par courriel, téléphone, visioconférence et rencontres occasionnelles en personne.

Développement et croissance

Formation, connaissances et compétences

  • 3 à 4 années d'expérience dans des rôles auprès de clients, tels que la réussite client, la gestion de comptes ou le développement des affaires.

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

  • Fort intérêt et expérience en diversité, équité et inclusion (DEI), avec exemples d'impact concret.

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, relations interpersonnelles et présentation.

  • Expérience avec des clients corporatifs et environnements à parties prenantes multiples.
